Complementing our press capabilities in the production of blister cards and stretch pak cards,
we utilize Bobst Die Cutters equipped with automatic blanking as well as strip-n-pack
units.
Stretch pak cards are automatically windowed on a dual lane Heiber & Shroder window system
at speeds beyond most standards.
Advanced graphic arts systems such as Esko-Graphics (BARCO) prepress software, Creo large format digital plate setting and
computerized CAD die design ensure finished product quality and accuracy.
Our computerized Sencorp thermoformers form, cut, and stack finished products automatically.
To better serve our customers with same day deliveries, we have recently added inline printing, coating and die-cutting capabilities with our new,
