With Combo Forms, you only pay for the space that you occupy on the press sheet or form. This is a great benefit for small companies who don’t need to buy a whole press sheet or plastic form of the same item. This also benefits larger companies with limited-offer promotional packages or who want the flexibility of running many items at the same time in smaller quantities than a traditional dedicated run.

The Flexo Answer

Are you a customer with a high number of similar structured SKUs? Or do you require a high volume or frequency for particular items?
Flexo may be your solution.

Flexo is equivalent in quality to other printing processes. The improvements in press, plate and ink technologies allow us to provide the same high-grade printed packaging using the Flexo press.

While not a short run process, the Flexo can accommodate a wide range of graphics, sizes and quantities. Did we mention it's fast? Rohrer's 10-color Flexo can produce blister cards and printed cartons on 10- to 28-point stock UV or heat seal coated on both sides up to 200,000 cards per hour. It registers like offset, with consistent color even on halftone screens.
