It’s more than just ink on paper; it’s what sells your product visually. And no one does it faster or better than Rohrer Corporation. Eleven printing presses with 75 printing/coating units provide the industry’s highest quality reproduction. Automated plate hanging saves make-ready time while ensuring better color registration and accuracy. Color is controlled throughout a press run as press sheets are scanned and ink densities are automatically compared to the digital data preset as standard. Any color drifts are automatically adjusted back to standard before they get out of tolerance. This color control system is integral to consistency in Rohrer’s many combo forms. As with all systems they are only as good as the people driving them, and Rohrer press room people are experienced craftsmen who take pride in printing your packaging job. You’ll be proud, too!

Blister and clamshell packages are a specialty of Rohrer. Our engineers are ready to assist in the design and development of an innovative package for your product. Rohrer’s CAD department starts your job by digitizing your product’s shape and dimensions. Your product’s image is then sent to our CNC Vertical Machining Centers where your aluminum tool is constructed. After the tool is polished and prepared for production with its cutting die, the set is sent to one of Rohrer’s high-speed thermoforming machines that vacuum form, assist, pressure form, die cut, clear internal holes and stack your finished blisters or clamshells automatically. Your packaging can be produced in a variety of materials and thicknesses from 10 mil to 40 mil.
