Rohrer’s CAD department starts your job by digitizing your product’s shape and dimensions.  Your product’s image is then sent to our CNC Vertical Machining Centers where your aluminum tool is constructed.  After the tool is polished and prepared for production with its cutting die, the set is sent to one of Rohrer’s high-speed thermoforming machines that vacuum form, assist, pressure form, die cut, clear internal holes and stack your finished blisters or clamshells automatically.  Your packaging can be produced in a variety of materials and thicknesses from 10 mil to 40 mil.
